<p>The meal that has to be consumed 5 times a day must have the excess of fiber. It must contain fats but only healthy fats. <p>Categorically, it’s a cardio workout that we are discussing here. <p>ii.	Burpees: Must follow the pushups immediately. Simply stand up between each of the thrusting kicks mentioned formerly.</p>
<p>iii.	Squats: Must follow the burpees immediately and not a single one less than 10 reps. It’s your body weight that you shall be utilizing.</p>
<p>iv.	Squat Jumps: Again, this requires to be started immediately and the number of reps should be nothing less than 10.</p>
<p>The primary point to remember: The above four points comprise a set. Before moving on to the next set, you must allow yourself 3 minutes of rest and you must never do more than 3 sets a day. And unless you transit from one to another immediately, your efforts shall bear little or no fruits at all.</p>
