Weight Loss Work Out Plans

Women’s work out plans are a perfect way to be very healthy, lose that weight everyone is trying to lose, and obtain that great looking body everyone is looking for.

In order to get this type of body, it will take commitment, will power, and dedication! Woman in today’s world seem to be busy all the time. Whether it is with family or work, always on the move. This is the main reason why woman do not seem to stick with a work out plan. This is why those weight loss pill companies are in full swing! Woman are now looking for the quickest way to lose weight without much effort. But what they don’t tell us is that you must work out in order to actually lose weight as well. You must stick with a work out plan in order to lose that weight.

Now how to lose that weight fast? Cardio exercises! Make sure you are using a high intensity work out plan. The more intense the work out is, the more calories you will be burning. Just a quick example, if a person walks for 5 days won’t lose as much weight as a person that runs for 3 days. This is why you must have an intense work out. One exercise that would be intense, is to go to a basketball court, and sprint from basket to basket. Take about a 30 second break between sprints. What this does is make your heart rate speed up. A great part of doing this is, it does not take very long to get a work out in like it would if you went for a job every day.

The best way to lose weight is to do weight lifting. This boosts your metabolism which is great for losing weight. One thing to remember when weight lifting, is to lift heavier weights and do it at a faster pace without hurting yourself. This will make the work out much more intense. This will get your metabolism working for 24 hours!

By combining both weight lifting and cardio exercises, you will boost your metabolism along with getting your heart racing. Those diet pills will help, but you must always stick to work out plans in order for them to work!

1. Weight Lifting

Weight lifting workout plans are definitely not for just bodybuilders and athletes. Everyone should be lifting some sort of weights a few times every week. Lifting weights helps boost your metabolism and keeps your muscles developed. It could be just spending 20-30 minutes a day on lifting light weights and you will feel much better! Use this as part of your work out plan.

2. Cardio exercises

This includes working your heart and burning calories and fat. Cardio work out plans is the key to keeping fit and healthy. There are a couple ways to do cardio exercises. Choose a couple exercises you could do throughout the week easily, such as running, walking, rowing (if you enjoy the water), and playing sports (more on that later). If you don’t prefer rowing in the water or if it is cold outside, there is gym equipment that has uses the same motion as rowing. There are a couple different ways you can do cardio work out plans. The first is doing cardio exercises for 30-45 minutes straight. The second is doing a cardio exercise for 1 minute at a fast pace, slowing down for 30 seconds, and then back hard at it for a minute, then slow down for 30 seconds…I think you get the point! Do that for 15 minutes and it will be just as good as doing it at a constant pace for 30-45 minutes. I guess it all depends on what you feel like doing or how much time you have.

3. Pick a Sport or Activity

This has got to be the best way to stay fit and in shape. Pick your favorite sport or activity and do that for a couple hours every week. This even helps out your mind as well. You are constantly thinking of what to do next! If you have a sport you want to train for, go ahead and train for it a few times a week. Put this into your workout plans every week.
