Rob Nevin’s Skinny Switch Secret

The Skinny Switch Secret is a rock solid weight loss program created by Rob Nevin.  If you aren’t familiar with Rob, do a little research on the guy.   He’s a well respected fitness expert who has helped hundreds of people achieve their weight loss goals.

In this post, I am going to tell you more about the Skinny switch Secret program and how it works.

How Does The Skinny Switch Work?

The program uses a caloric cycling model that consists of two “lean days” and one “load up day”.  On the lean days you must eat foods that are low in calories.  On the load up days, you are free to enjoy the foods you like-pizza, ice cream you name it, you can eat it!  The benefits of this type of diet is that it constantly keeps your body guessing so your metabolic rate stays high and continues to burn calories.

What Set’s The Skinny Switch Secret Apart From Other Programs?

Unlike many other diets that force you to starve yourself, the Skinny Switch Secret uses a “three-day pattern of eating and treating, using your favorite foods, to maximize your body’s fat-burning ability.”  The beauty of the plan is that you can customize it based on the foods that you like.  Also, instead of targeting overall body weight loss, it focuses on burning only body fat-the way it should be done.

What Type Of Exercise Is Involved?

Although I always recommend exercise in any weight loss program, Rob says that it is optional.  He claims that since the diet is programmed to really increase your body’s ability to burn calories exercise is not necessary.  With that being said, if you want to see really fast extraordinary results, you really should be exercising.

What Kind Of Foods Can I Eat?

The nice thing about Skinny Switch is that there are no special food requirements.  All of the foods at your local supermarket will do just fine, and since you can customize the diet with foods that you like it makes things that much easier.  The program will not break the bank when it comes to buying food.

So is this the best weight loss program out there?  In all honesty, most diet programs will work, however one thing that sets this program apart from most others is that it makes it much easier.  This is simply because since you are able to keep eating the foods you like, it never really feels like you are dieting.  With most diets, it is very difficult to stay on track for a decent amount of time because it is almost like torturing yourself!

How To Lose weight quickly

A perfect body should have weight and height in proper proportion. If this proportion is disturbed because of increasing of weight then the person is overweight and he or she should reduce weight in order to get their height and weight in balanced proportion. Medicines can be used to reduce weight only in the cases if the person is suffering from some diseases such as thyroid that increases weight.
The concept behind losing weight is to reduce the extra calories that you intake in the form of food. If you are concentrating on your eating habits then try to stick to a proper diet plan and reduce the consumption of fat rich food. Avoid taking too much sugar. Use good equipments and don’t forget to consult your instructor. Following the right method with the precautions will help you to reduce weight at a faster rate.

Strength Training in 10 Minutes!

I have some great work out plans if you only have 10 minutes to get it done!

Make sure you always hit your big muscle groups if you only have 10 minutes. Slow your repetitions down. Try and do a 4 count instead of a 2 or 1 count to challenge your muscles.

You want to do exercises that also target more than just one area as well. Here are a few:

Ticep Dips or Assisted Tricep Dips
Squats and Overhead press after your squat
Push-ups
Pull-ups or Assisted Pull-ups
Lunges

Do not take a long break between exercises. You can even go from one exercise to another, then back to the first exercise. For example, start out doing 12 tricep dips, then go do lunges, then back to tricep dips and so forth. This will give your muscles a little break between sets. Try and do at least 2 sets of each as well.
